We provide residential, deep, and commercial cleaning plans. While we carry thorough operational checklists, the client must ensure precise size inputs and adequate access instructions (keys, garage codes, or presence) to secure performance guarantees.
Prices listed under our Pricing section denote starting flat rates for standard properties. Complex conditions, heavily soiled carpets, pet hazards, or mold issues may require adjusted manual proposals which will be submitted before cleaning begins.
Clients are requested to modify or cancel scheduled cleaning windows at least 24 hours prior to the arrival time. Cancellations performed inside 24 hours may incur a small scheduling retainer to offset crew reallocation costs.
While every crew member is insured and trained, we are not responsible for pre-existing surface cracks, structural mold decay, or unstable wall fixtures. In case of accidental structural damage, our standard business liability coverage applies strictly within policy caps.
These terms are governed and construed under the laws of the United States. Any formal dispute, claim, or litigation will be resolved within competent state and federal courts.
